beautiful Poconos, announces celebrity chef - CHEF BRIAN DUFFY - will
host two very special weekends in October at the popular resort's Pocono
Palace and Cove Haven venues. "Chef Duffy debuted on Food Network's "Date Plate," and later appeared on DIY Network, HGTV, NBC, Spike TV, and Fine Living Network - he is a celebrity chef of the highest order and has also been featured annually on "The Today Show" since 2006 for the St. Patrick's Day Irish cook-off," shares CJ DiRoma, President of Station Avenue Productions. "Honoring his Philadelphia roots, Chef Duffy makes regular appearances on NBC Philadelphia's "The 10! Show."

Friday, October 5 - Dinner and a cooking show from Chef Duffy at 7 p.m. in the restaurant! He'll suggest some wine pairings and share stories from the road and his inspiration for his signature dishes.
Saturday, October 6 - Enjoy chef inspired appetizers on a choice menu selection made from freshly harvested ingredients in the restaurant from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Following hors d'oeuvres we will have a meet and greet with Chef Duffy with drinks available and a photo op!

About Chef Brian Duffy
In the notoriously competitive restaurant world, a chef must be innovative, energetic, and fresh in order to stand out. No one does this better than Chef Brian Duffy. Duffy developed his passion for cooking as a child, when his big Irish-Italian family would crowd into the kitchen to prepare their meals together. He went on to study the French method at The Restaurant School in Philadelphia, then worked under world-renowned Chef Jean Marie LaCroix at The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia.
